Family, Faith, and Freedom: The Bedrock of America and Oklah

Family, Faith, and Freedom: The Bedrock of America and Oklahoma

As Oklahomans, we understand resilience, hard work, and deep-rooted values.

I believe family, faith, and freedom form the unshakeable foundation of our nation and our great state.

Family: The Heart of Our Communities

Family is where we learn love, responsibility, and sacrifice—it's the cornerstone of any strong society. In America, families built this country from the ground up. In Oklahoma, this truth shines through our history.

Our Native American tribes, like the Quapaw Nation in northeastern Oklahoma, have long exemplified family cohesion. For the Quapaw, family was the basic unit of social organization, with multi-generational longhouses housing extended kin, patrilineal clans guiding identity and responsibilities, and ceremonies reinforcing bonds. These traditions fostered tight-knit communities that endured hardship and preserved culture across generations—lessons in unity that still inspire us today. We also honor the grit of those who mined lead and zinc in northeastern Oklahoma during the early 20th century.

In boomtowns like Commerce, Picher, and Quapaw, miners and their families labored in tough conditions, building lives and communities amid the Tri-State mining district. Their hard work laid the groundwork for prosperity and even helped shape the original Route 66—the Mother Road—using mining chat for early roadbeds, connecting families and fueling Oklahoma's growth.Strong families create stable communities. I'll champion policies like school choice, parental rights, and family tax relief to protect and empower Oklahoma families against modern threats.

Faith: Our Guiding Moral Compass

Faith has guided America since the founders appealed to "Nature's God." It provides moral clarity, charity, and purpose. Oklahoma's Bible Belt heritage keeps faith vibrant—high church attendance, faith-based disaster relief after tornadoes, and community support networks.Faith unites us and strengthens resolve. I'll defend religious liberties, partnering with faith organizations to address challenges like addiction and poverty, ensuring government respects and protects our spiritual freedoms.

Freedom: The Engine of Opportunity

Freedom defines America—the belief that individuals, not government, chart their course. From the Revolution to today, we've fought for liberties in speech, arms, and enterprise.Oklahoma's pioneers embodied this during the Land Rush, staking claims in self-reliance. Our veterans have sacrificed profoundly to defend it—from WWII heroes to those in modern conflicts, many from our state have given everything so we can live free. Their courage reminds us freedom isn't free; it's preserved through service and sacrifice.I'll fight to cut regulations, secure elections, defend Second Amendment rights, and protect personal freedoms that drive our innovation and prosperity.United in PurposeFamily, faith, and freedom interconnect: strong families rooted in faith flourish in freedom, creating the virtuous cycle that built Oklahoma strong—from Quapaw traditions and mining families to Route 66 builders and our brave veterans. These pillars have carried us through challenges. Let's defend them fiercely.

Let's recommit to family, live your faith boldly, and safeguard freedoms and believer for a future where Oklahoma leads in upholding what matters most.God bless Oklahoma, and God bless America.
